I take pictures the way I do everything else: by diving in. I spend time with my subjects, stay curious, and follow the details. Whether I’m on the street, on the wrestling mat, or making a portrait, I’m there to capture something honest and then tell its story.
I work with what I have: natural light, a camera that fits comfortably in my hand, and a brain that sometimes forgets to eat lunch but somehow remembers the exact feeling in the room when I took the shot. I also create collages, write, and keep exploring until everything clicks.
By day, I’m a third grade teacher, and that shows up
in my work through curiosity, patience, observation, listening, and a deep appreciation for the small things.
I’m available for portraits, creative projects, and any work with a story to tell — and I’m always open to new collaborations. If something clicks, feel free to reach out.
